Terms of Service

To use TubeGenius, you must create an account. You can register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth (sign in with Google)
• Magic Link (passwordless email authentication)

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Verify your email address when required
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Subscription Plans: TubeGenius offers subscription-based access to our services. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Trial Period: New users may be eligible for a trial subscription. Each user is limited to one trial per account. Trial usage is tracked and cannot be repeated.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all AI-generated scripts, titles, and outlines created using TubeGenius.

Platform Ownership: TubeGenius and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use: You grant us a limited license to use your AI-generated content for service improvement and quality assurance purposes, subject to your privacy settings.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or performance of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.

OpenAI Terms: Your use of AI-generated content is also subject to OpenAI's usage policies and terms of service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse the trial system or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits

TubeGenius offers an affiliate program powered by Tolt. By participating, you agree to:

• Promote TubeGenius honestly and accurately
• Not engage in spam or deceptive marketing practices
• Comply with all applicable advertising regulations
• Not bid on TubeGenius trademarks in paid search campaigns
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law

Commission Structure: Affiliates earn recurring commissions on referred customers. Commission rates and payment terms are managed through Tolt and may be modified at any time.

Tracking: We use Tolt customer IDs and partner IDs to track referrals and attribute commissions accurately.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Service Availability: TubeGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services: We rely on third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, AWS, Google) which may experience outages or changes that affect our service.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using TubeGenius will result in successful YouTube videos or channel growth.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through your account settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Your AI-generated content and account data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
